In January 2014 Sacla invited us in to discuss their PR and SM plans for the year. They were very interested in having a review of their 2013 activity plus a ‘social media 101’ on how they could best use their existing channels for greater engagement across 2014.
We presented an overview of where we felt there were gaps and showcased how social media listening, planning and engagement mapping could benefit their business. On the back of this we took a punt and presented a new look newsletter design which we felt moved their brand forward against their 2014 plans. This design has now been implemented for their future consumer communications.
