Privacy Policy

At chicken/egg we want to ensure that everyone who visits our website, everyone that we work with and everyone that we’d like to work with knows that we’re committed to maintaining their trust and confidence in us and our business.

We would never sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses.  This Privacy Policy outlines all the information on the data that we do have and hold and what we do with it.  To ensure that we’re GDPR compliant you can, at any time, request to see the information that we hold on you as an individual.

COOKIES

We need to talk about Cookies, not the chocolate chip variety unfortunately, but the small file that asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We only use Google Analytics so the cookies help us to monitor which pages on the chicken/egg website you find useful and which you do not.

MAILING LISTS AND DATA

If you fill in the contact form on the website then we may keep a record of that email and will only retain the personal information that you provided for as long as you allow.

We use Capsule CRM to store our data and this would include your name, work email address, postal address and your mobile number (if you’ve given it to us).  This information is never shared with anyone outside of chicken/egg and is only used by us.

If you’re a client then your data is there because we talk to you about current projects and upcoming campaigns.  Obviously if you decide to stop working with us then we’re more than happy to remove your data from our CRM.  You just have to email us to let us know that’s what you’d like us to do.

When we email prospects we’re doing so as we believe that we’d be a great agency for them to work with (of course we’d say that!), but if you receive any email from us and would prefer to be removed completely from our database then all you have to do is respond with a message to remove or unsubscribe and we will action immediately.
